挡切（英语：pick and roll，screen and roll，screen roll），又译为挡拆，是篮球比赛中常见的二人配合进攻战术。在挡切战术中，由一个无持球队友担任掩护墙（pick，screen，又称单挡），运球队员贴着墙运球，防守自己的球员会被墙阻挡，此时先前做墙的无球队友转身（roll）向内线切，接传球，然后可以上篮得分，或执行下一个战术。做掩护墙的队员在挡的时候不能张开两臂来挡，也不能移动，否则是“移动挡拆”，属于进攻犯规。

挡拆战术简单有效，也有很多变形，如运球队员过了掩护墙之后如果防守队员没有跟上来可以直接内切突破，或拉开空间可以直接投篮，也可以再和下一个队友做第二次挡切。
