四环霉素（英语：Tetracycline，英语发音：/ˌtɛtrəˈsaɪkliːn/，INN），又称四环素，一种聚酮类广谱抗生素药物的泛称，这类药物由链霉菌属放线菌门细菌所产生，基本化学结构均由四个环接合而成，可用于对抗多种细菌感染。最早被使用于治疗霍乱，现代一般用于治疗粉刺、酒槽鼻。有许多药物都是由四环霉素衍生而来，这些药物被统称为四环素类抗生素。包括 Sumycin，Tetracyn，与Panmycin等商标药物，其成份都是属于四环霉素。

它在世界卫生组织基本药物名单中，一种基本医疗卫生制度中所需的，最重要的药物清单。

It is broad-spectrum and of the polyketide class. It is produced by the Streptomyces genus of Actinobacteria. It is a protein synthesis inhibitor.
