《魏玛宪法》（德语：Weimarer Verfassung）是德国魏玛共和国时期（1919年—1933年）的宪法，也是德国历史上，第一部实现民主制度的宪法。它创建了一个议会民主制、联邦制的共和国。现今的德意志联邦共和国宪法《德国基本法》仍保留着魏玛宪法的少许条文。

1919年1月19日，德国举行国民议会大选。1919年2月6日德国国民议会举行，由于首都柏林时局动荡，国民议会改在魏玛召开，共和国的非正式国名和宪法的名称由此而来，会议的主要任务是起草宪法。1919年7月31日，国民议会以262人支持、75人反对、84人缺席通过魏玛宪法。1919年8月11日魏玛宪法正式生效，8月11日因此被定位魏玛共和国的国庆日，用以纪念「德国民主诞生之日」。

The Constitution of the German Reich (German:Die Verfassung des Deutschen Reichs), usually known as the Weimar Constitution (Weimarer Verfassung) was the constitution that governed Germany during the Weimar Republic (1919–1933). The constitution declared Germany to be a democratic parliamentary republic with a legislature elected under proportional representation. Universal suffrage was established, with a minimum voting age of 20. The constitution technically remained in effect throughout the existence of the Third Reich from 1933 to 1945.
