实践社区是有弹性的组织，它是非正式的传播管道，是一群人因兴趣而聚集而成的。社区的成员有共同的目标，共有的知识具体化。成员是清白且公正，是人们学习的及分享的前哨站。

• 虽然创造出来的知识被大部分的人认可，但是专业和正式传播不认可

A community of practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a craft and/or a profession. The concept was first proposed by cognitive anthropologists Jean Lave and Etienne Wenger in 1991. A CoP can evolve naturally because of the members' common interest in a particular domain or area, or it can be created deliberately with the goal of gaining knowledge related to a specific field. It is through the process of sharing information and experiences with the group that the members learn from each other, and have an opportunity to develop themselves personally and professionally (Lave & Wenger 1991).
