拉克什米（天城体：लक्ष्मी, IAST: Lakṣmī），意译为吉祥天女、大功德天或宝藏天女，是婆罗门教-印度教的幸福与财富女神，传统上被认为是毗湿奴的妻子。她的称号很多，其中一个比较常见的是“室利”（Śrī）或“摩诃室利”（Mahāśrī，摩诃意为“大”），即“功德”、“吉祥”之义。

吉祥天女也是佛教的护法神，金光明经中有大吉祥天女咒，这也是佛教徒日课中念诵的咒语。

印度查谟和克什米尔邦的主要城市斯利那加即意为“吉祥天城”（斯利，吉祥天女之名；那加是那加啦的简称，意为城市）。

Lakshmi (Sanskrit:लक्ष्मी, lakṣmī, ˈləkʂmiː) is the Hindu goddess of wealth, fortune, and prosperity (both material and spiritual). She is the wife and active energy of Lord Vishnu. Her four hands represent the four goals of human life considered important to the Hindu way of life – dharma, kāma, artha, and moksha. Representations of Lakshmi are also found in Jain monuments. In Buddhist sects of *****, Nepal, and southeast Asia, goddess Vasudhara mirrors the characteristics and attributes of the Hindu goddess Lakshmi with minor iconographic differences.
