念写（Thoughtography）是一种超能力，指人将心中浮现的想法与概念显现在照片或纸上，也是超心理学的研究主题。

1910年12月、日本福来友吉博士在进行御船千鹤子・长尾郁子透视实验・研究中所发现的现象。

1931年6月24日、1933年11月12日，福来友吉博士发表三田光一念写成功消息，主题是月球的背面。
