芸香科（Rutaceae）是双子叶纲无患子目下植物的科。物种类型不同，约有160属1700余种，广泛分布于全球热带和温带地区，中国原生有29属，约150种，以南方为多。芸香科包括柑橘属、枳属等，其很有经济价值的属是柑橘属，其中有橘子、橙子、柚子以及柠檬；黄檗可为染料；花椒、芸香、吴茱萸可入药或为香料；佛手柑、代代花等观赏用。

芸香科之下共分为六个亚科，分别是：
