巴甫洛达尔 （Павлодар‎）是哈萨克斯坦斯坦东部的一座城市、巴甫洛达尔州首府，位于额尔齐斯河畔。1999年人口为300,500人。俄罗斯人与哈萨克斯坦人比例约为2比1。其他有乌克兰人、日耳曼人等。

1720年开端口，原名Коряковский。原来是盐业为经济支柱，后来铅、铜、银等矿物相继被发现。1861年被改名以纪念尼古拉二世的第八子保罗大公（Павел Александрович）的出生 （巴甫洛达尔是俄语「保罗的礼物」的意思）。由于坦克制造业的关系，当地直到1992年为保密行政区。

Pavlodar (Kazakh and Russian: Павлодар, Pavlodar) is a city in northeastern Kazakhstan and the capital of Pavlodar Region. It is located 450 km northeast of the national capital Astana, and 405 km southeast of the Russian city of Omsk along the Irtysh River. As of 2010, the city has a population of 331,710. The population of Pavlodar is composed predominantly of ethnic Russians and Kazakhs with significant Ukrainian, German and Tatar minorities. The city is served by Pavlodar Airport.
