国际动画协会（英文：International Animated Film Association；法文：Association Internationale du Film d'Animation，简称 ASIFA）是于1960年在法国阿讷西创立的非营利组织，由当时一群知名动画艺术家如Norman McLaren等人创立。目前，该协会在世界各地有30个以上的分会。

协会的洛杉矶分部 ASIFA-Hollywood 负责举办每年的安妮奖。

国际动画协会的董事会包含世界各地的专业动画师，并定期在 ASIFA 赞助的动画电影节会面：如法国安锡国际动画影展、加拿大渥太华国际动画影展、加勒比地区Animae Caribe、日本广岛国际动画影展、以及克罗地亚札格瑞布世界动画影展。而安妮奖则是由洛杉矶分部负责颁发。

The International Animated Film Association (Association Internationale du Film d'Animation) or ASIFA is an international non-profit organization founded in 1960 in Annecy, France by the best known animation artists of the time such as the Canadian animator, Norman McLaren. There are now more than 30 chapters of the Association located in many countries of the world.
