As opposed to soy sauce, Nepali momo use a chutney.

Nepali momo is a kind of steamed dumpling that's essentially Nepali street food.

馍馍是一种蒸饺，差不多是尼泊尔的街头小吃。

It just tastes so delicious with the filling that's inside the momo.

因为里面有馅料，尝起来很美味。

Momo are definitely finger food, so use your hands, pick up a momo, dip it in the sauce, and enjoy them.

馍馍绝对是可以用手抓的食物，所以用手拿起一个馍馍，把它沾在酱汁里，然后享用。

So, the thing that really excites me about momo is that the flavors in the filling are super familiar to me.
