咖啡（英语：coffee）是采用经过烘焙过程的咖啡豆（咖啡属植物的种子）所制作冲泡出来的饮料。咖啡是人类社会流行范围最为广泛的饮料之一，也是重要经济作物，其为全球期货贸易额度第二高（最高为石油）。

咖啡树原产于非洲亚热带地区，以及亚洲南部的一些岛屿。那些咖啡树从非洲出口至世界各国，现时那些咖啡树种植遍布超过70个国家，主要在美洲、东南亚、印度等赤道地区。

咖啡普遍分为两种：备受推崇的小果咖啡（阿拉比卡）及颗粒较粗和酸味较低而苦味较浓的中果咖啡（罗布斯塔）。咖啡一旦成熟，就会经过采摘，加工，烘焙的进程。咖啡是微酸性的，其咖啡因的含量对人体有刺激的作用。咖啡是世界上最流行的饮料之一，它能够以多种方式制作，如：浓缩咖啡、卡布奇诺、拿铁咖啡...等，通常是作为热饮，亦也可作为冷饮。大部分的研究建议，适度饮用咖啡是有益的，甚或有利于健康的成年人。

Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of berries from the Coffea plant. The genus Coffea is native to tropical Africa, Madagascar, and the Comoros, Mauritius and Réunion in the Indian Ocean. The plant was exported from Africa to countries around the world and coffee plants are now cultivated in over 70 countries, primarily in the equatorial regions of the Americas, Southeast Asia, India, and Africa. The two most commonly grown are the highly regarded arabica, and the less sophisticated but stronger and more hardy robusta. Once ripe, coffee beans are picked, processed, and dried. Dried coffee beans are roasted to varying degrees, depending on the desired flavor. Roasted beans are ground and brewed to produce coffee as a beverage.
