二联性精神病（法文：Folie à deux），意思是“二人共享的疯狂”: 形容一个有精神病症状的人，将妄想的信念发送到另一个人。同样的症状可传达至三人，四人，甚至更多。虽然研究文献主要是使用原来的名称，但参考2009年版的精神疾病诊断与统计手册这个疾病的名称是共享型精神障碍（DSM-IV）（297.3），2010年版的国际疾病与相关健康问题统计分类名称则是诱发型妄想障碍（ICD-10）（F.24）。至2014年（DSM-5）和（ICD-10-CM）统一名称为共享型精神障碍，（英语：Shared psychotic disorder）。这一类疾病最早出现在19世纪的法国精神医学，概念来自查尔斯·拉塞格和约翰皮埃尔·费里特，因此也被称为拉塞格-费里特综合症。

Folie à deux (/fɒˈli ə ˈduː/; French pronunciation: ​[fɔli a dø]; French for "a madness shared by two"), or shared psychosis, is a psychiatric syndrome in which symptoms of a delusional belief and hallucinations are transmitted from one individual to another. The same syndrome shared by more than two people may be called folie à trois, folie à quatre, folie en famille or even folie à plusieurs ("madness of many"). Recent psychiatric classifications refer to the syndrome as shared psychotic disorder (DSM-IV) (297.3) and induced delusional disorder (F.24) in the ICD-10, although the research literature largely uses the original name. The disorder was first conceptualized in 19th-century French psychiatry by Charles Lasègue and Jean-Pierre Falret and so also known as Lasègue-Falret Syndrome.
