欧洲足球锦标赛（英语：UEFA European Championship），简称欧锦赛、欧洲杯，是一项由欧洲足协成员国间参加的最高级别国家级足球赛事，于1960年举行第一届，其后每四年举行一届。赛事创办时名称为欧洲国家杯（European Nations Cup；简称欧国杯），其后于1968年改名为现名欧洲足球锦标赛（European Football Championship），但港澳和**至今仍经常把这项比赛称为「欧洲国家杯」。

该项赛事最初的目的是为了填补两届世界杯足球赛之间4年的空白，从而让欧洲各国有更多的比赛机会。

The UEFA European Championship, or simply The Euros, is the primary association football competition contested by the senior men's national teams of the members of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), determining the continental champion of Europe. Held every four years since 1960, in the even-numbered year between World Cup tournaments, it was originally called the UEFA European Nations Cup, changing to the current name in 1968. Starting with the 1996 tournament, specific championships are often referred to in the form "UEFA Euro [year]"; this format has since been retroactively applied to earlier tournaments.
