碱土金属 Alkaline earth metal

碱土金属指的是元素周期表上第 2 族（ⅡA族）的八个金属元素，包括铍、镁、钙、锶、钡 和放射性元素镭、Ubn、Usn。
碱土金属都是银白色的，比较软的金属，密度比较小。碱土金属在化合物中是以+2的氧化态存在。碱土金属原子失去电子变为阳离子时，最外层一般是8个电子，但铍离子最外层只有2个电子。
碱土金属具有很好的延展性、可以制成许多合金、如镁铝合金。
碱土金属都是活泼金属。

The alkaline earth metals are six chemical elements in column (group) 2 of the Periodic table. They are beryllium (Be), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), strontium (Sr), barium (Ba), and radium (Ra). They have very similar properties: they are all shiny, silvery-white, somewhat reactive metals at standard temperature and pressure.
