二巯基丙醇（INN：Dimercaprol）也称二巯丙醇、抗路易士药剂、BAL、双硫代甘油，是一种解毒药。最早是由第二次世界大战期间英国牛津大学的生化学家们研制出，当时是作为生化武器路易氏剂的解毒剂。后来用于医学中作为重金属中毒的解毒药。其解毒原理是因为其分子中的巯基（-SH）易与某些金属或类金属络合，从而阻止其离解后发挥毒性。适用于砷、汞、铅等重金属和类金属中的的解毒。二巯基丙醇过去也曾作为治疗威尔森氏症的药物。

Dimercaprol (INN), also called British anti-Lewisite or British antilewisite (abbreviated BAL), is a medication for chelation therapy in metal toxicity, including heavy metal poisoning. Dimercaprol is used medically in the treatment of toxic metal poisoning by arsenic, mercury, gold, lead, antimony, and some other metals. In addition, it has in the past been used for the treatment of Wilson's disease, a genetic disorder in which the body tends to retain copper.
