D-AMPS（全称Digital AMPS，「数码AMPS」），正式标准号是IS-54及IS-136，技术上属于第二代流动通信，现已淘汰。

不少人将D-AMPS俗称为「TDMA」，两者是不同的。TDMA「时分复用」只是D-AMPS使用之多路复用（Multiple Access）技术；除了D-AMPS，GSM也使用TDMA。

D-AMPS是模拟式第一代流动通信技术AMPS之数码版本，使用相同之824-849及869-894 MHz波段，亦是美国第一个数码流动通信标准。现已被GSM、CDMA（IS-95）淘汰。

IS-54 and IS-136 are second-generation (2G) mobile phone systems, known as Digital AMPS (D-AMPS), and a further development of the north-American 1G mobile system AMPS. It was once prevalent throughout the Americas, particularly in the United States and Canada since the first commercial network was deployed in 1993. D-AMPS is considered end-of-life, and existing networks have mostly been replaced by GSM/GPRS or CDMA2000 technologies.
