去神话化（德：Entmythologisierung，英：Demythologization）是指将圣经内的神话元素去除来解释圣经内涵的一种方法。主要是由德国神学家鲁道夫·布尔特曼所提倡。

去神话化不是指删除神话、丢弃神话，而是通过解释学的活动，将隐含在神话中的真正意义解发布来。
