左旋咪唑 (Levamisole) 是一种抗生素，属于合成噻唑类化合物的衍生物。它由Janssen制药公司在1966年发明。

左旋咪唑最早作为一种抗寄生虫药，治疗人类及动物的蠕虫感染。

左旋咪唑曾被试与5-氟脲嘧啶（5-Fu）联合治疗结肠癌，却并无显着疗效，渐被停用。左旋咪唑也偶用于治疗黑色素瘤与头颈部肿瘤。虽然该药在某些情况下具有“免疫增强”作用，但在结肠癌治疗方面的机理不明。

1984年，关于病毒干扰素的一项研究发现左旋咪唑是有效的干扰素诱导剂，提示该药可应用于流感的联合治疗。

在印度，左旋咪唑是治疗激素依赖性儿童期肾病的常规药物，该应用有可能基于英国的部分病例报告。

Levamisole, marketed under the trade name Ergamisol, is a medication used to treat parasitic worm infections. It has also been studied as a method to stimulate the immune system as part of the treatment of cancer. Levamisole remains in veterinary use as a dewormer for livestock.
