巴西烤肉（葡萄牙语：churrasco）是一种流行在南美的烤肉吃法，在铁串上穿有各式肉类，经过炭火烧烤之后食用。巴西烤肉不止在巴西食用，也在阿根廷、乌拉圭和玻利维亚等南美国家十分流行，但在中国的餐厅多以巴西烤肉这一名称提供。一般来说，巴西烤肉店以吃到饱的自助餐形式为多，店员会来到各顾客前，按照顾客的需求切下肉量。
