切斯特（英语：Chester 英语发音：/ˈtʃɛstər/ CHESS-tər，香港旧译志士达）是英国英格兰西北部柴郡的郡治。罗马时期修建的军事要塞，以防卫城市南面威尔士人的袭击。城市现仍然保留有完整的城墙，是英国保存状况最好的城墙。旅游业是其支柱产业。切斯特在1541年获得城市地位。

Chester (/ˈtʃɛstər/ CHESS-tər) is a walled city in Cheshire, England. Lying on the River Dee, close to the border with Wales, with a population of 79,645 it is the largest and most populous settlement of the unitary authority area of Cheshire West and Chester, which had a combined population of 329,608 at the 2011 Census. Chester was granted city status in 1541.
