个案教学法（亦称个案教学法，英语:Case method）是一种由美国哈佛大学法学院 教授Christopher Columbus Langdell 所研拟出；当前管理学界、政府部门 乃至于企业大学所经常使用的教学方法。

个案教学法包含了对企业管理硕士（MBA）等学子提供一则经典实例，使学员得以处于决策者般的情境审视、分析并拟定个案的处理方针 （Hammond 1976）。

达致最佳成效的方式为：富有工作经验的学生与能居中串起并能扮演辅导角色的教授，共同在课堂上讨论。宗旨为『搭建起实务与理论的好桥梁』；至今已推广为一种大量使用于商学院的教学方式。美国哈佛大学在这方面有相当独到的教学研究成果以改善个案教学法的流程和成效。目前全世界的商学院的工商管理硕士学位学程中，唯有哈佛商学院、维吉尼亚达登商学院以及纳瓦拉IESE商学院全采个案教学法的方式授课。 近年来，国内部分大学亦引进该方法，甚至部分大学还举办各种类型的个案比赛，以期学子思考分析，做为未来策略分析的基础。

The case method is a teaching approach that uses decision-forcing cases to put students in the role of people who were faced with difficult decisions at sometime in the past. In sharp contrast to many other teaching methods, the case method requires that instructors refrain from providing their own opinions about the decisions in question. Rather, the chief task of instructors who use the case method is asking students to devise and defend solutions to the problems at the heart of each case.
