绝对库仑（abC或aC）也称为EMU电荷单位（emu of charge），是厘米-克-秒制的电磁单位制下的电荷单位，一绝对库仑等于10库仑。

CGS电磁单位制是厘米-克-秒制下的几种单位制之一，其他厘米-克-秒制下的单位制有CGS静电单位制及高斯单位制，这些单位制中的电荷单位是静库仑，不是绝对库仑。

在CGS电磁单位制中，电流是安培定律定义的基本单位，而磁导率为一无因次量，在真空中的数值为1。因此此系统中一些方程序会出现光速的平方。

绝对库仑的定义是由绝对安培（abA或aA）而来：假定二条分别载有一绝对安培的导线，距离一公分，其作用力为每公分2达因。而一绝对库仑就是在电流为绝对安培时，1秒流过的电荷。

The abcoulomb (abC or aC) or electromagnetic unit of charge (emu of charge) is the basic physical unit of electric charge in the cgs-emu system of units. One abcoulomb is equal to ten coulombs.

CGS-emu (or "electromagnetic cgs") units are one of several systems of electromagnetic units within the centimetre gram second system of units; others include CGS-esu, Gaussian units, and Lorentz–Heaviside units. In these other systems, the abcoulomb is not used; CGS-esu and Gaussian units use the statcoulomb is instead, while the Lorentz-Heaviside unit of charge has no specific name.
