芋头糕是广东食品，也香港和澳门地区茶楼卖的点心，材料有粘米粉、芋头、虾米、冬菇、腊肠和腊肉。

食物环境衞生署2005年抽取约660个贺年食品样本，进行化学及微生物测试，迄今已得的150多个样本测试结果中，只有一个样本不及格。不及格的样本，是从饼店抽取的芋头糕样本，发现含金黄葡萄球菌。糕点类食物应贮存在冰箱及保持温度在摄氏四度或以下，热食的糕点应在彻底翻热后才进食。

Taro cake (simplified Chinese:芋头糕; traditional Chinese:芋頭糕; Jyutping:wu6tau4gou1) is a Chinese dish made from the vegetable taro. While it is denser in texture than radish cakes, both these savory cakes made in a similar ways, with rice flour as the main ingredient. When served in dim sum cuisine, it is cut into square-shaped slices and pan-fried before serving. It is found in Hong Kong, China, and overseas Chinatowns restaurants. Other ingredients often include pork and Chinese black mushroom, or even Chinese sausages. It is usually topped with chopped scallions.
