日式烤鸡串（焼き鸟）是一种日式食品。一般而言是以几块一口大小的鸡肉或鸡内脏放在竹签上，多以备长炭炭火烤制。日式烤鸡串为相当大众化的居酒屋小吃，现时亦有以烤鸡串为主的特式专门店，超级市场亦有售新鲜或冷藏的烤鸡串。

日式烤鸡串可分盐烧和酱烧。酱烧所用的大利酱(タレ/垂れ)主要成分为味醂、清酒、豉油和糖。此外，以七味粉、黑胡椒、日本芥末等调味也相当普遍。
