顶体 (精子)
顶体（英语：acrosome，来自希腊语：acron (外面)和soma (体)）是动物精子核前部由高尔基体所衍生来的顶状膜包结构。在真兽下纲的哺乳动物中，顶体含有多种酶（包括玻璃酸酶和顶体酶），这些酶可以破坏卵子外围被称为透明带的膜，以将精子的单倍体细胞核与卵子内的单倍体细胞核相结合。

Acrosome 顶体 (精子)
The acrosome is an organelle that develops over the anterior half of the head in the spermatozoa (sperm cells) of many animals. It is a cap-like structure derived from the Golgi apparatus. Acrosome formation is fully completed 5-10 years after testicular maturation. In Eutherian mammals the acrosome contains digestive enzymes (including hyaluronidase and acrosin). These enzymes break down the outer membrane of the ovum, called the zona pellucida, allowing the haploid nucleus in the sperm cell to join with the haploid nucleus in the ovum.
