汤姆·克兰西（英语：Tom Clancy，全名英语：Thomas Leo Clancy Jr.，1947年4月12日－2013年10月1日）是美国一位畅销小说作家，擅长写作以冷战时期为背景的政治、军事科技以及间谍故事等等，其名字已经成为了军事小说的代表。

当某些评论家批评汤姆·克兰西的作品一成不变时，相反地，其作品在市场上大为被推荐，而且热卖，书迷们喜爱他作品中纠结的阴谋、对于军事科技认知之准确以及谍报活动的生动描写。

Thomas Ruggles Clancy, Jr. (April 12, 1947 – October 1, 2013) was an American novelist and video game designer best known for his technically detailed espionage and military science story lines set during and after the Cold War. Seventeen of his novels were bestsellers, and more than 100 million copies of his books are in print. His name was also used on movie scripts written by ghost writers, nonfiction books on military subjects, and video games. He was a part-owner of the Baltimore Orioles and vice chairman of their community activities and public affairs committees.
