洲际弹道飞弹（InterContinental Ballistic Missile，缩写ICBM）是一种超远程弹道飞弹，射程在5500公里以上，设计用途为投递一枚或多枚的核弹头。该种导弹的威力强大，常被设想成导致世界末日的核战争中使用的武器。

洲际弹道飞弹具有比中程弹道飞弹、短程弹道飞弹和新命名的战区弹道飞弹更长的射程和更快的速度。然而以射程来区分飞弹种类总是带有主观性和一定的随意性，所以目前并没有普遍接受的定义严格地区分上述各种类型的导弹，所有定义都只在一定的学术群体内部能够达成共识。

世界上试射成功的第一枚洲际弹道导弹是苏联的Р-7（苏军的暱称是Семёрка，意为「老七」），北约代号SS-6「警棍」。这枚导弹于1957年8月21日从位于加盟共和国哈萨克斯坦斯坦的拜科努尔航天发射场试射成功，飞行了6000公里。
