锡索讷（法语：Sissonne）是法国皮卡第大区埃纳省的一个市镇，属于拉昂区锡索讷县。该市镇2009年时的人口为2120人。

Sissonne is a commune in the Aisne department in Picardy in northern France. It is about 20km east of Laon, close to the source of the river Souche.

The community dates back to the 12th century with the first church built c.1107.
