塞芒人（Semang），马来亚的矮黑人，分布于马来半岛中部山区和西部沼泽地带，被认为是马来半岛最早的原住民，根据其墓葬，可追溯到一万年前，现已不到3000人（1961年）。

成年男性平均身高约153.6公分，女性约142.7公分，是世界上最矮的民族之一。皮肤为暗褐色至黑色。虹膜为暗褐色。毛发短而卷；头发为暗褐的黑色。鼻扁，唇厚。

The Semang are a Negrito ethnic group of the Malay Peninsula. They are found in Perak, Kedah and Pahang of Malaysia. During the colonial British administration, Orang Asli living in the northern Malay Peninsula were classified as Sakai. Lowland Semang tribes are also known as Sakai, although this term is considered to be derogatory by the Semang people. They have been recorded to have lived here since before the 3rd century.
