伊斯兰教的礼拜，又称萨拉特或萨拉赫（阿拉伯语：صلاة, ṣalāh‎），是伊斯兰教信仰的实践之一。逊尼派五功之一，什叶十二伊玛目派十大实践之一，伊斯玛仪派七大支柱之一。中国穆斯林常俗称礼拜为“乃玛子”，为礼拜一词的波斯语（نماز）音译。

而伊斯兰教中的礼拜一天必须行五次，分别为晨礼、晌礼、晡礼、昏礼和宵礼。此外每个礼拜五被定为主麻日，穆斯林会在晌礼的时间前往清真寺参加「主麻礼拜」（也称为「聚礼」）；然而在伊斯兰重大节庆，如：开斋节、忠孝节……，穆斯林也会聚集在清真寺中做礼拜，这种礼拜称为「会礼」。

Salat ("Muslim prayer", صلاة or gen: ṣalāt; pl. صلوات ṣalawāt), called in some languages by the Persian-derived term namaz (Persian:نماز‎‎) is one of the Five Pillars in the faith of Islam and an obligatory religious duty for every Muslim. It is a physical, mental and spiritual act of worship that is observed five times every day at prescribed times. In this ritual, the worshiper starts standing, bows, prostrates, and concludes while sitting on the ground. During each posture, the worshiper recites or reads certain verses, phrases and prayers. The word salah is commonly translated to prayer but this definition might be confusing. Muslims use the words "Dua" or "Supplication" when referring to the common definition of prayers which is "reverent petitions made to God."
