亚维拉的德兰（St. Teresa of Avila），又称耶稣的圣德兰，（旧译德肋撒或圣女德肋撒，**地区主教团2000年修改译名，但其他大中华地区仍用旧译名。）洗名德肋撒·桑切斯·西佩达·阿乌马达（1515年3月28日－1582年10月4日）是一位杰出的西班牙神秘主义者、罗马天主教圣人、加尔默罗会修女、反宗教改革作家，通过默祷过沉思生活的神学家。她是加尔默罗会的改革者，并被认为与十字若望一起创建了赤足加尔默罗会。在华人天主教徒中为了与里修的德兰区分，又被称为大德兰。

在她死后四十年，于1622年被教宗额我略十五世册封为圣人，1970年，教宗保禄六世敕封其为教会圣师。她的著作，其中包括她的自传，她的著作《内心的堡垒》（El Castillo Interior），是西班牙文艺复兴时期文学，以及基督教神秘主义的一个组成部分，基督徒默想的做法见于她在她的另一部重要著作《圣德之路》（Camino de Perfección）。

Saint Teresa of Ávila, also called Saint Teresa of Jesus, baptized as Teresa Sánchez de Cepeda y Ahumada (28 March 1515 –4 October 1582), was a prominent Spanish mystic, Roman Catholic saint, Carmelite nun, author during the Counter Reformation, and theologian of contemplative life through mental prayer. She was a reformer in the Carmelite Order of her time and the movement she initiated, later joined by Saint John of the Cross, eventually lead to the establishment of the Discalced Carmelites, though neither she nor John were alive when the two orders separated.
