演示文稿，全称简述报告、演示文稿，因以前用幻灯片报告而混同叫幻灯片，有时也借用演示文稿软件PowerPoint来代指电子版演示文稿，是指就一个题目向听众陈述内容、传达讯息或观点的过程。这一过程中所展示的图片、文本说明也可叫演示文稿。

演示文稿的形式可以多元化：除了使用演示文稿软件之外，传统的印刷或手写方式亦是很好的演示文稿媒介。在不少的研讨会中，海报展示及论文演示文稿都是常见的演示文稿方式。此外，在户外场所，亦有使用大张的活动展板作演示文稿（在香港，一般俗称为「人肉PowerPoint」）。
