经幡（藏文：རླུང་རྟ་，威利：rlung rta），又称为风马旗、嘛呢旗、祈祷幡等，或音译为隆达、龙达，是指在****地区的祈祷石或寺院顶上、敖包顶上经常竖立着以各色布条写上六字真言等经咒，捆扎成串，用木棍竖立起来的旗子。 因布条上画有风马一只，寓意把祷文藉风马传播各处，故得名“风马旗”。
当牧民们路过这些地方，都要下马致意，右绕一圈。
