光动力疗法（Photodynamic therapy，简称PDT）是光照治疗的一种，是利用无毒性的光敏物质暴露在特定波长的光下，让该物质对特定癌细胞或疾病细胞产生毒性光毒性而达到治疗效果。光动力疗法已证可以杀死微生物细胞（包括细菌、真菌及病毒）。光动力疗法在临床上已用来治疗许多的疾病，像「湿」的老年黄斑变性及癌症，视为是侵入性及毒性取小的治疗方式。

Photodynamic therapy (PDT), sometimes called photochemotherapy, is a form of phototherapy involving light and a photosensitizing chemical substance, used in conjunction with molecular oxygen to elicit cell death (phototoxicity). PDT has proven ability to kill microbial cells, including bacteria, fungi and viruses.
