费尼尔司·泰勒·巴纳姆（P.T. Barnum，全名Phineas Taylor Barnum，1810年7月5日－1891年4月7日）是美国马戏团经纪人兼演出者。

1810年7月5日出生于康乃狄克州贝塞尔，父亲经营小商店，1842年在纽约开办“美国博物馆”（American Museum），以奢侈的广告和怪异的展品而闻名，最有名的是假斐济美人鱼（FeeJee Mermaid）。1871年创建了世界大马戏团，他把他的马戏团称做“世界上最棒的表演”（The Greatest Show on Earth），表演项目包括街头杂耍，以及高级文化，例如来自欧洲有“瑞典夜莺”之称的女高音歌手珍妮·林德（Jenny Lind） 的演唱，引起很大的轰动。1881年与巴纳姆其对手詹姆士‧贝里（James Bailey）合并形成了巴纳姆贝利马戏团（Barnum and Bailey Circus），又称玲玲马戏团（Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus），巴纳姆一直带着他的马戏团在全美国巡演，他的马戏团充满了各种令人不可思议的神奇展品，如汤姆‧拇指将军（General Tom Thumb，60公分高的侏儒）、暹罗双胞胎（Siamese twins，Chang and Eng Bunker）。一路上的巡回演出中，他的小火车总是比他的马戏团早到两个星期，车上悬挂着他的照片，据说他死前的最后遗言是：“今天Madison 广场花园的收入怎样？”死后葬于树林山公墓（Mountain Grove Cemetery），他的马戏团于1907年以40万美金转让给玲玲兄弟（Ringling Brothers）。

Phineas Taylor "P.T." Barnum (July 4, 1810 – April 7, 1891) was an American showman and businessman remembered for promoting celebrated hoaxes and for founding the Barnum & Bailey Circus. Although Barnum was also an author, publisher, philanthropist, and for some time a politician, he said of himself, "I am a showman by profession...and all the gilding shall make nothing else of me", and his personal aim was "to put money in his own coffers". Barnum is widely, but erroneously, credited with coining the phrase "There's a sucker born every minute".
