百事公司（英语：PepsiCo Inc.）是美国知名跨国集团，总部位于美国威斯特彻斯特郡，于1965年由前身百事可乐公司与世界最大休闲食品制造与销售商菲多利（Frito-lay）合并而成，现在为纽约证券交易所上市公司，PEP。百事公司曾于1977年并购肯德基、必胜客和塔可钟餐厅，但后来为了巩固饮品业务，将三间餐厅分离出去，成为一家独立的上市公司百胜。2001年，百事公司以134亿美元收购了桂格公司，并同时将佳得乐收归旗下，成为全球非碳酸饮料行业的龙头老大，占据了非碳酸饮料25％的市场份额。截止2008年，百事公司共有18个品牌年销售额在10亿美元以上，总销售额超过430亿美元，覆盖全球200多个国家。

PepsiCo was formed in 1965 with the merger of the Pepsi-Cola Company and Frito-Lay, Inc. PepsiCo has since expanded from its namesake product Pepsi to a broader range of food and beverage brands, the largest of which includes an acquisition of Tropicana in 1998 and of Quaker Oats in 2001, which added the Gatorade brand to its portfolio.
