外野手（英语：Outfielder，通常简写成OF）是棒球与垒球运动中的一个守备位置或该守备位置运动员的统称。外野手分为左外野手、中外野手与右外野手三种，通常负责棒球或垒球场上远离本垒的地区即外野的防守。
由于防守范围广大，因此外野手多半必须拥有一定的脚程。此外，由于距离本垒相当遥远，一旦发生失误便可能造成失分，因此必须对来球有良好的判断力。也因防守位置离本垒及各垒包皆有一定距离，故外野手的传球臂力亦会受到一定的要求，但并非每位外野手皆有强大的传球臂力，因而阵有臂力较弱的外野手的球队，球团会尽可能派用转接转传能力佳的内野手配合守备。

An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder. An outfielder's duty is to try to catch long fly balls before they hit the ground or to quickly catch or retrieve and return to the infield any other balls entering the outfield. Outfielders normally play behind the six other members of the defense who play in or near the infield.
