劳工教育 On-the-job training
劳工教育或称在职训练(英文 On-the-job training),简言之就是「在工作中学习」,指为了增进知能、提高士气、维护身心健康、充实生活内涵、提升生活品质,运用教育的原理与方法,而对劳工所实施的各种教育活动。劳工教育的目的主要是为了提高知识水准,加强谋生能力,改善生活品质,以及培养工会的优秀干部,以促进劳资和谐。劳工在投入就业市场后,如果不能适当地给予教育机会,不但劳工个人无法成长,企业人力素质更无从提高。

On-the-job training (OJT) is a form of training taking place in a normal working situation. On-the-job training, sometimes called direct instruction, is one of the earliest forms of training (observational learning is probably the earliest). It is a one-on-one training located at the job site, where someone who knows how to do a task shows another how to perform it. In antiquity, the work performed by most people did not rely on abstract thinking or academic education. Parents or community members, who knew the skills necessary for survival, passed their knowledge on to the children through direct instruction. |
