操纵组（英语：operon，又称操纵子或操纵元）是一组关键的核苷酸串行，包括了一个操纵基因（operator），一个普通的启动子，及一个或以上的结构基因被用作生产信使RNA（mRNA）的基元。操纵子主要在原核生物及线虫动物门出现。它们由方斯华·贾克柏及贾克·莫诺于1961年发现。

操纵子是与调节子及刺激子有关：操纵子包含了一组受操纵基因调节的基因，调节子包含了一组受单一调节蛋白质的基因，而刺激子则包含一组受单一细胞调节的基因。

In genetics, an operon is a functioning unit of genomic DNA containing a cluster of genes under the control of a single promoter. The genes are transcribed together into an mRNA strand and either translated together in the cytoplasm, or undergo trans-splicing to create monocistronic mRNAs that are translated separately, i.e. several strands of mRNA that each encode a single gene product. The result of this is that the genes contained in the operon are either expressed together or not at all. Several genes must be co-transcribed to define an operon.
