不织布（non-woven fabric, non-woven cloth）又叫不织布，是一种以针轧机械或梳理机械处理各种纤维原料，用高压形成或粘合生产的一种布状物。

不织布也分新旧技术或广义狭义。旧技术制成似劳作用的合成绒布。新技术是造成常见环保购物袋 、N95口罩，及十元店内不少帘幕抹布产品。质感上常有平均整齐的压印点点。广义包含所有不是用线编织成的布状物，甚至是纸；狭义指有整齐的压印点点的那种。

不织布纺织袋可用任何纤维作材料，如果附近有纺织品回收厂，这些回收纤维能经过低成本运送作进一步加工使用。
