Nintendocore

Nintendocore (also known as Nintendo rock, video rock, and nerdcore) is a music genre that fuses aggressive styles of modern rock with chiptune and video game music. Pioneered by Horse the Band, The Advantage, and Minibosses, Nintendocore emerged from various styles of hardcore punk and heavy metal, and has been influenced by many other musical genres.
