缅甸民族民主同盟军，又被称作果敢民族民主同盟军，缅甸掸邦第一特区的武装组织，领导者为特区前主席彭家声之子彭德仁。前身为***在缅甸北部山区武装割据部队的一支，****年脱离缅共，与政府和谈，改组为缅甸民族民主同盟军，果敢八八事件前实际控制第一特区。

果敢八八事件后，缅甸政府军与同盟军发生战斗，副司令白所成部投降缅甸政府军。彭家声率余部转战果敢山区，情况未明。2010年，果敢同盟军重建。2014年起，果敢同盟军与克钦独立军、德昂民族解放军、若开民族军、北掸邦军结盟，重返果敢江西地区开展游击战。
