代谢运动 Metabolism (architecture)

代谢运动源于1950年代，由一批年轻的日本建筑师及设计师联手推行的建筑设计运动，黑川纪章设计的中银胶囊塔是其中一个代表作品。
其理念是建筑物由一些可拆换的模块组成，透过逐渐拆换模块在多年后也许整栋建筑都由新模块组成，而达成一种动态更新。

Metabolism(新陳代謝shinchintaisha) was a post-war Japanese architectural movement that fused ideas about architectural megastructures with those of organic biological growth. It had its first international exposure during CIAM's 1959 meeting and its ideas were tentatively tested by students from Kenzo Tange's MIT studio.
