树艺（英文：Arboriculture，英语发音：/ˈɑrbərɨkʌltʃər/）亦称树艺学或植树学，为进行栽培、研究、经营管理单独一株树木、灌木、藤本植物或其他多年生木本植物的工作或学科。

树艺同时具有理论科学与实地操作的内涵，在科学上，树艺研究植物如何生长，以及在不同生长环境和不同栽培技术下，植物会出现何种反应；在实作上，树艺包含选种、种植、整枝、施肥、虫害和病菌控制、剪定、树形修整、伐除等栽培技术。

从事树艺相关研究或工作的人士被称为树艺师（Arborist）或树艺家（Arboriculturist）。
