老挝语
老挝语（老挝文：ພາສາລາວ），又称寮语，是老挝的官方语言，属壮侗语系侗台语族的台语支。其使用人口约520万，主要分布于老挝，泰国东北部和北部佬族居住地区。
其书写文本老挝文是在梵文和巴利文的基础上逐渐演变而来的。

Lao or Laotian /ˈlaʊʃən/ (ພາສາລາວ, BGN/PCGN: phasa lao, IPA: [pʰáːsǎː láːw]) is a tonal language of the Tai–Kadai language family. It is the official language of Laos, and also spoken in the northeast of Thailand, where it is usually referred to as the Isan language. Being the primary language of the Lao people, Lao is also an important second language for the multitude of ethnic groups in Laos and in Isan.
