约翰·福尔斯（John Fowles, 1926年3月23日－2005年11月5日），又译为约翰·傅敖斯、符傲思，是英国小说家和散文家，为后设小说先驱。

福尔思1926年3月31日生于英国艾塞克斯郡，六、七○年代为其生涯高峰，第一本小说《蝴蝶春梦》1963年推出即一炮而红，并于1965年被改拍成电影。《法国中尉的女人》则谐拟十九世纪小说的叙述形式，也在1981年改拍成电影。约翰．慕蓝（John Mullan）指出其小说「极富文学性同时又脍炙人口」。2005年11月初在英国莱姆里杰斯自宅附近心脏病发过世，享年79岁。

John Robert Fowles (/faʊlz/; 31 March 1926 – 5 November 2005) was an English novelist of international stature, critically positioned between modernism and postmodernism. His work reflects the influence of Jean-Paul Sartre and Albert Camus, among others.
