福克兰群岛（英语：Falkland Islands：英语发音：/ˈfɔːlklənd/）又名马尔维纳斯群岛（西班牙语：Islas Malvinas：[malˈβinas]），是一个位于南大西洋巴塔哥尼亚大陆架上的群岛。主岛地处南美洲巴塔哥尼亚南部海岸以东约500公里，南纬52°左右海域。整个群岛包括索莱达岛、大马尔维纳岛和776个小岛，总面积12,200平方公里。福克兰群岛是英国海外领土，拥有内部自治权，英国负责其国防和外交事务。群岛首府是斯坦利，位于索莱达岛。

福克兰群岛的发现及其后欧洲人殖民统治的历史均存在争议。法国、英国、西班牙和阿根廷都曾在岛上设立定居点。英国于1833年重申了其殖民统治，但阿根廷仍宣称拥有岛上主权。1982年，阿根廷对岛上实施军事占领，马岛战争由此爆发，之后阿根廷战败撤军，英国再次拥有群岛主权。

The Falkland Islands (/ˈfɔːlklənd/; Spanish:Islas Malvinas [malˈβinas]) are an archipelago in the South Atlantic Ocean on the Patagonian Shelf. The principal islands are about 300 miles (483 kilometres) east of South America's southern Patagonian coast, at a latitude of about 52°S. The archipelago, with an area of 4,700 square miles (12,000 square kilometres), comprises East Falkland, West Falkland and 776 smaller islands. As a British overseas territory, the Falklands have internal self-governance, and the United Kingdom takes responsibility for their defence and foreign affairs. The islands' capital is Stanley on East Falkland.
