东区走廊（英语：Island Eastern Corridor；俗称东廊），是香港4号干线至今唯一的快速公路路段（永泰道以北，占约7.9公里），同时亦为香港岛至今唯一一条快速公路，以及4号干线的起始路段，沿香港岛铜锣湾至杏花邨海岸兴建，并绕过柴湾公园西面，连接铜锣湾及柴湾。全线为2至4线双程分隔公路，主要为高架道路，当中由东区海底隧道至铜锣湾天后的一段4线双程高架道路是香港首条设有8线的高架车路（另外两条分别位于青葵公路及吐露港公路）。虽然是香港岛唯一一条快速公路，但是车速限制为每小时70公里，比同属于4号干线、但并非快速公路的干诺道西天桥（每小时80公里）严格。

Island Eastern Corridor (IEC) is an expressway along the Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. It starts from Causeway Bay in the west and ends in Chai Wan in the east. It is part of Route 4. The section between Causeway Bay and Quarry Bay consists mainly of viaducts built along Victoria Harbour.
