五氧化二碘是一种无机化合物，化学式为I₂O₅。这种碘的氧化物是碘酸的酸酐。它的制备方法是碘单质与发烟硝酸反应得到碘酸：

然后在干燥气流中使碘酸在200°C下脱水：

但温度不能过高，如果超过300°C则会分解为碘和氧气。

由于它的吸水性很强，市售五氧化二碘几乎都由I₂O₅·HIO₃组成。
