Interchannel Inc.（株式会社インターチャネル）是一家日本游戏软件开发及贩卖公司。现在是日本Index集团中负责统筹电脑软件及影像作品的中间持股公司Index Visual and Games（インデックス・ヴィジュアルアンドゲームズ）的完全子公司。

「Interchannel」是由「interactive（交互）」和「channel（管道）」组合而成的造字，而「Holon」则是一种描述物体构造的概念：虽然只是部分却有全体的特性，中文译作「子整体」。

贩卖的软件从以高中生为主角的十八禁电脑游戏的家用主机移植作为始，到以小学生、中学生为对象的教育软件，乃至于个人电脑用的各种工具软件为止，种类十分丰富。除此之外，还经营了各种以手机为对象的网站。

Interchannel, Inc.(株式会社インターチャネル,Kabushiki-gaisha Intāchaneru) was a Japanese game developer and publisher. Previously known as NEC Interchannel and before that NEC Avenue, it was originally a subsidiary of NEC before 70 percent of the company was sold to Index Corporation (now a subsidiary of Sega), for approximately 3 billion yen ($28 million) in 2004. Interchannel's games tended to be Japanese only, however the company established Gamebridge Ltd., a UK-based joint venture with Bergsala, that published its games in Europe. Only ten games were ever published. Interchannel closed in 2013.
